Aull & Monroe values you as a client and respects your right to privacy. Under no circumstances do we sell your name or other information to anyone.
How We Gather Information:
In order to provide you with the highest quality service, we gather certain personal information about you and your financial situation. This information includes data collected when we initially meet with you as well as any data required to establish account relationships with third-party custodians, such as name, address, social security number, date of birth, etc.
Sharing Information with Non-affiliated Third Parties:
We do not disclose any of this nonpublic personal information about you or former clients to unaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law. When necessary to provide all of the services you request on your account, we may provide nonpublic personal information about you to certain related third parties, such as broker/dealers that serve or may serve as the custodian of your account, or that may effect securities transactions on your behalf or tax professionals. Such disclosure is only made in order to fulfill our duties in fully servicing your account.
Procedural Safeguards and Security of your Information:
It is our policy to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of nonpublic personal information. We, therefore, restrict access to this information to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Aull & Monroe also has the duty to protect any "consumer report information" through proper disposal. Any physical documents containing client information is shredded in order to protect unauthorized access or use. In addition, electronic files containing client personal information are password-protected to protect against unauthorized access, and disposal of electronic media is handled by the erasure of files so that information cannot practicably be read or reconstructed.
